Welcome to the website for the Virginia Association of School Personnel Administrators (VASPA). As an affiliate of the American Association of School Personnel Administrators (AASPA), we share the same goals of advancing and serving the profession of Human Resources on a state and local level.

I have personally benefited from membership by networking with peers, learning about HR issues that face us on a local and national level, exploring and providing professional development, making connections with vendors, and building and maintaining ongoing friendships. We would like you to consider joining VASPA to network with colleagues who are facing the same legislative and economic challenges.

If you are passionate about Human Resources, make this your year to get more involved. It takes the combined efforts of many people to make this organization successful. We are fortunate to have many talented and dedicated volunteers who freely give themselves in many different ways including board and committee services.

I believe there is still a place for many new actions and improvements with the goal "to serve the members." I look forward to serving you and working with you.
