Dear VASPA Friends,

The annual job fair of the Virginia Association of School Personnel Administrators is scheduled for November 9 from 4-7 pm at the DoubleTree Hotel in Charlottesville, Virginia. Over 50 Virginia school districts will participate to fill 100s of vacancies and make onsite job offers. VASPA is grateful and proud to be partnering with the Education America Network (EAN)— www.educationamerica.net—in sponsoring this event.

EAN is offering access to its resume database for registered school districts. By taking advantage of this service, HR administrators will be able to identify prospective candidates for their current and anticipated openings prior to November 9. Please inform students of this special opportunity.

There is no cost for registering for the job fair or uploading resumes and creating and sending cover letters. Students seeking employment opportunities need to be informed of the following steps to take for job fair participation:

Step 1: Fill out registration form at http://my.educationamerica.net/join.phtml
Step 2: Click on the "Sign Up!" button.
Step 3: Under My EAN Center, click on "My Resumes"
Step 4: Click on "Add A Resume"
Step 5: Fill Out all the components of the resume form indicating that you want to teach in Virginia under "Desired Location"
