Recent information about the Validation and Standard Setting Report for the Virginia Communication and Literacy Assessment (VCLA) and the Advisory Board on Teacher Education and Licensure’s Recommendation for the VCLA is below for your information and serious review. We would greatly appreciate receiving any comments you would care to make about this report and ABTEL’s recommendations. Please use the link below to process your comments by Friday, March 10. Following a review by the VASPA Executive Committee, all comments will be posted on the www.vaspa.org Web site for your information.

We trust you’ll be attending the 3rd Great Virginia Teach-In scheduled for Saturday, March 18, 2006 at the Richmond Convention Center and are looking forward to seeing you all there.
