VASPA Members and Supporters,

The institute jointly sponsored by the Virginia Association of School Personnel Administrators and the Department of Education is scheduled for March 26, 2004, at 12:15 p.m., at the Richmond Convention Center. Institute participants will include deans and directors of teacher education programs, human resource directors and licensure specialists in school districts, and career switcher program providers. The major objective will be to address issues associated with the implementation of No Child Left Behind requirements for highly qualified teachers in Virginia.

Letters of invitation will be mailed this week to all human resources directors and licensure specialists with a requested return date of March 5.
